The training
Five months, residential, at Isha Foundation in 2023. 1,750 hours. I came out a Classical Hatha Yoga teacher.

Co-founded in 2024: Classical Hatha Yoga meets behavioural psychology. Built across India and Africa, including a wellness initiative with young women in Maasai Mara, Kenya.
Why it matters
It is the question I work on in products too: what brings a person back once the novelty is gone.
